Founded in 2002 by Joseph Wolodkevich, Intelligent Technology Solutions (ITS) began with a simple mission: helping businesses make the most of technology. What started as a small operation in a garage in Greene County, New York, quickly grew as local organizations sought trusted guidance and reliable IT support.
In 2003, ITS moved into the historic D.M. Hamilton #2 Firehouse in downtown Coxsackie. The renovated landmark served as the company's home for the next several years and helped establish ITS as a recognized technology partner throughout the region.
As the company continued to grow, ITS expanded operations in 2010 with the opening of The Ledge on Route 9W in West Coxsackie. The new location provided additional space, improved accessibility for clients, and supported the company's expanding range of technology services.
In 2013, ITS relocated to its current headquarters at 11786 State Route 9W in West Coxsackie, creating a central hub for technical support, project management, consulting, and strategic technology services.
Over the years, ITS has evolved from a local computer support company into a full-service Managed Service Provider (MSP), delivering managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, Microsoft 365 services, backup and disaster recovery, compliance support, and strategic technology consulting.
